Group Fitness


The new timetable started on Monday September 2nd.

I have had some really fantastic feedback from many of you so far regarding the changes that have been made.

Please remember to fill in the ‘Tell Cards’ you see around the club,  as this is a great way to ensure we are receiving all of your feedback about your classes.

If you have missed the information on the notice board here are the changes for September to December 2019

New classes

Monday – 09.30-10.00 – Group Cycle Express in Studio 2
Monday – 10.15-10.45 – Group Cycle Express in Studio 2
Tuesday – 12.00-13.00 – Pilates in Studio 1
Thursday – 09.15-10.10 – AeroTone in Studio
Friday – 13.00-13.30 – Group Cycle Express in Studio 2
Saturday – 16.00-17.00 – Pilates in Studio 1

New Times

Thursday – 18.00-18.25 – Metafit in Studio 1
Thursday – 18.45-19.30 – Sh’Bam in Studio 1

The layout of the timetable gives you all the information you require at a glance to ensure you are getting the best health benefits from your classes. So why not try mixing your class choices by colour,  this will help you achieve balance in your Group Fitness training.
