Having strong triceps will make your push exercises (such as bench press) a lot stronger. They are a great way for toning up the backs of your arms too.
Using a bench or step-up box, sit on it and place both hands down either side of you on the edge on the bench.
Stretch both legs out straight in front of you, toes facing the ceiling
Take all weight on to your arms, lift your hips up and forward away from the bench
Lower your body until your elbows are at 90 degrees
Extend your arms until they are straight
If you want to make the exercise easier, bring your feet closer to you.
