Quadricep Stretch

This stretch lengthens the muscles and increases flexibility post workout. It targets your quadriceps muscle but also activates the hamstring.

•      Lay on your front

•      Keeping the pelvis in contact with the floor, bring your heel towards your bum

•      Gently pull the foot as close to your bottom as you can

•      Hold the stretch for 20 seconds

•      Repeat on the other side
