Our golf club including the Golf Bar is now open however our health club remains closed. Play Safe, Stay Safe guidelines are in place for the safety of everyone playing on the course. All tee times must be pre-booked online via Intelligent Golf.

The Golf Bar is open from Monday to Friday 06:30-20:00 and 07:30-20:00 at weekend, Food serving times are:

Gym

Our state of the art gym is suitable for all levels of experience and fitness. We want your work out to be fun, effective and safe. Every member is assigned a Wellness Adviser to help you to plan a programme of activity unique to you, motivating and encouraging you every step of the way.

Your Wellness Journey begins with a tailor-made programme designed for gradual and sustained health improvements. Whether your goals are fitness related, sport specific, for rehabilitation purposes, weight loss or functional strength, an activity programme will be designed for you using the best facilities for your needs. Your Wellness Advisor will keep close contact and review your progress, amending your programme to help you achieve your goals.

Meyrick Park's indoor swimming pool provides a tranquil, relaxing atmosphere to unwind after your workout in the gym, in a class or on the golf course.

Build fitness, tone and flexibility with adult-only swim times, Family Splash sessions and aqua classes. Dedicated lane swimming is available.

Personal Training

Our experienced, friendly personal trainers will work with you to plan gym sessions that motivate you and help you to achieve the results you want.

Whether you need to increase motivation, rehabilitate from an injury, or have a special date booked in your diary, your personal trainer will establish your goals, give you exercise and nutritional advice and provide you with a varied and fun workout using a range of equipment and facilities.
