You’ll find a range of equipment here designed to work the cardiovascular system, including treadmills, cross trainers, rowers and bikes. All our cardio kit is fully interactive, so you can view live results and track your progress.

Functional & Small Group Training Zone

Get stuck into activities that mimic everyday life movements with kettlebells, medicine balls, Bosu balls, viprs, battleropes, slam balls, agility ladders and plyometric boxes. Our functional kit delivers multi-directional exercises that help improve day to day movement & fitness.

Free Weights & Strength Zone

Tone muscle, improve strength & increase power in our free weights area featuring dumbbells, bars, plates, cable machines, bar bells and fixed resistance equipment.

Stretch & Core Zone

Improve flexibility & mobility and reduce areas of tightness with the help of mats, bands, foam rollers, pilates balls and stretching machines.
