Full Terms And Conditions

Win a free guest pass and £10 levy on your membership card when you send us your best photograph taken at Meyrick Park between 1st and 20th of the month by emailing meyrickpark.info@theclubcompany.com. (the “Offer”).

  1. Entries to the Offer must be submitted between 1st and 20th of the month and are limited to one submission per entrant.
  2. The photograph must be taken in the month of entry up until 23:59 on 20th of the month.
  3. Voting will commence from 22nd of the month until the final date of the month and voting will take place in club only. Winners will be announced on the board in the bar as well as being contacted via by email within 7 working days of final day of given month.
  4. Winners must claim the prize by the final day of the next corresponding month.
  5. Entitlement to the Offer is personal to the member and cannot be transferred.
  6. This competition requires a minimum of three entries per month in order for a prize to be awarded.
  7. Entitlement to the Offer requires an active adult membership plan and is not valid on ex or suspended memberships.
  8. This Offer is subject to availability and may be terminated early by The Club Company at any time.
  9. This Offer may be added to, amended or removed without notice and at the discretion of the club’s management.
  10. This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion or redeemed for cash alternatives.
  11. By participating in the Offer any personal data that you submit to us will at all times be kept in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found here.
  12. The Club Company reserves the right to remove promotional material from circulation, amend these Terms or withdraw the Offer at any time. In the event of any dispute, The Club Company’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
  13. This offer is governed by English Law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
